Calypsa’s expression shifts from concentration to genuine shock. For a moment, she simply stares at you in disbelief. “Me?” she says quietly, her voice carrying a note of something deeper than mere offense. “You believe I would betray the Rangers? The very people I’ve trained and guided?”

She takes a breath, her composure wavering slightly. “This troubles me more than the thefts themselves. That you would suspect one of your own... that the trust between Rangers has fractured so completely.” She looks away, clearly shaken by the implication.

She turns back to you, her eyes searching. “But tell me: why would I do this? What would I gain from emptying the very caches I’ve spent time restocking? What purpose would this serve?” Her voice is steady now, but the concern in her gaze remains. “Think about it. The answer you’re looking for lies elsewhere.”
