4. Hy Pimpot, Chef
Hy looks up as you approach. “Ah, good timing,” he says, his expression growing serious as you brief him on the state of the cache you found and restocked.
He shakes his head, clearly troubled. “Such waste,” he mutters, almost to himself. “Good provisions, simply left to rot or decay. It pains me to see resources squandered like this.”
After a moment, he composes himself and pulls out a small pouch from his pack. “But I’ve discovered something at the cache near Crossroads Station. Crumbs of cream and chocolate mixed together. It’s not a recipe I usually prepare myself, but it’s a very common snack throughout the Valley, and it’s the favourite snack of many inhabitants.”
